Description

Summary

The Director – Business Development & Marketing sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, and brand, leading how B&D Industries wins work, builds lasting client relationships, and shows up in the market. The primary concentration of this role is business development: building and managing a company-wide opportunity pipeline, creating visibility into what B&D is pursuing, and establishing a consistent cadence with Estimating and Operations leaders to keep pursuits, relationships, and growth priorities moving.

The role also leads B&D’s marketing and brand presence, including brand strategy, social media, events, community engagement, proposal quality, and overall fit and finish. This leader is expected to combine strong relationship-building and external presence with disciplined follow-through, organization, and attention to detail.

This position is both strategic and hands-on. It requires someone comfortable setting long-term direction, developing new relationships, representing B&D in the communities and markets we serve, and diving into CRM, pipeline, proposal, event, and planning details when needed.
