Summary
This job requires a risk-taking, socially poised, and influential leader to manage recruitment and retention needs. This position is expected to be responsible for facilitating a process for finding and hiring the best talent in the industry. They must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure, extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding employment practices. Major responsibilities will include partnering with the HR Manager on recruiting strategies, developing employee retention efforts, and organizing team-building events on a regular basis. The ability to understand, quickly react, and motivate others to adapt to the company's ever-changing environment is a critical key to success. In general, the core of this position requires a motivating team builder and organization developer.

Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
•    Partner with leadership team to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
•    Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
•    Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
•    Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating communication with candidates.
•    Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
•    Design and implement retention programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
•    Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement and retention metrics, analyze trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to recruitment and retention practices.
•    Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain current knowledge of all work environments.
•    Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
•    Maintain working knowledge of how to interpret and utilize Predictive Index assessments and readbacks.
•    Create, write, and manage job postings in Applicant Stack and on social media by working with the Business Development team.
•    Effectively utilize creative methods to source hard-to-find talent with a commitment to staying apprised of the latest technology available for recruitment and retention.
•    Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and employees, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting requirements and exceeding expectations for recruiting and retention efforts.
•    Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
•    Train hiring managers and B&D leadership on best practices for interviews.
•    Ability to successfully contribute to the strategic direction of the company through innovation and continuous improvement.
•    Strict adherence to professional ethics.
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
•    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
•    Collaborate with other HR team members to conduct employee 90 Day and Annual reviews.
•    The job requires intermediate computer proficiency and advanced critical thinking skills.
•    Physical demands include long hours sitting, using a computer, standing, pulling/pushing, walking, lifting, and climbing.
•    Other duties, activities, and responsibilities may vary and change as assigned.

Education and Experience
•    Preferred PHR or/and SHRM certification
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development and/or equivalent industry training
•    Relevant work experience may substitute for the degree
